This Sunday, Daniel Barenboim joins András Schiff and the Staatskapelle Berlin for a concert benefiting the German Orchestra Foundation. The concert will feature Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 and Symphony No. 3, and will stream live from the staatsoperberlin at 3pm CET on rbbkultur, as well as on www.staatsoper-berlin.de and www.staatskapelle-berlin.de. The concert will be re-broadcasted on the radio by rbbKultur on Monday, November 16 at 11:45pm CET.

ZDF aspekte has made a feature with our ensemble member @elsa.dreisig, which deals with the cultural lockdown and its effects on the artists. The soprano talks about the unexpected cancellation of this year's BAROCKTAGE premiere, Mozart's MITRIDATE, RE DI PONTO, in which she would have sung the role of "Sifare", and about the @salzburgerfestspiele in the context of Corona restrictions this summer, where she made her debut as "Fiordiligi" in Mozart's COSÌ FAN TUTTE staged by Christof Loy. So, I got a call and it‘s official...! It still feels so unreal especially after the last few weeks of constant cancellations BUT I will be making my unexpected debut as ZERBINETTA at staatsoperberlin this September!!!
